Flyova.com is a website that connects travellers to bus operators to book services. Flyova has no owned and operated transportation services and does not act as an agent for bus partners. The platform just enables online bus ticket booking.

2. Information You Provide and How We Use and Share It

(a) Open-Ended Data Collection: We collect and retain all information which you provide to us through our Website, Mobile site, Mobile Apps, or otherwise. You can browse these sites without revealing your identity. Once you provide personal data, however, you are no longer anonymous to us.

3. Delete My Account

If you want to delete your Flyova account, please send a request to us at support@Flyova.com. Before processing your request, we may seek verification of your identity, and any identity proof submitted by you will be stored for a period of 21 days after the deletion of your account.

B. Mobile App Permissions

Android Permissions:

  • (i) Device and App History: We collect information regarding your device so as to optimise the app's functionality.
  • (ii) Identity: It enables autofill of your email; it offers customised deals, too.
  • (iii) Location: Enables us to serve you location-based deals and assist in tracking buses.
  • (iv) SMS: It allows us to autofill OTPs during transactions.
  • (v) Phone: It enables users to make calls directly from the application.
  • (vi) Contacts: Facilitates social features like sharing tickets.
  • (vii) Photograph/Multimedia/Files: Enables multimedia comments.
  • (viii) Wi-Fi Information: Enables optimised bandwidth on upload.
  • (ix) Device ID and Call Information: Ensures that booking is easy.
  • (x) Camera: Takes pictures for reviews.
  • (xi) Calendar: Integrates your travel itineraries with your calendar.

iOS Permissions:

  • (i) Notifications: Offers exclusive deals and informed booking updates.
  • (ii) Contacts: Prefills your email and provides customized offers.
  • (iii) Location: Locates your city and helps you trace the buses.
  • (iv) Photo/Media/Files: Facilitates multimedia commentaries.
  • (v) Camera: Record boarding point images.
  • (vi) Calendar: Links travel plans into your calendar.

C. Cookies
